Exhibition Overview
Exhibition Name  the 66th Battery Symposium in Nagoya.
Place WINC AICHI
Dates November 18 (Tue) – 20 (Thu), 2025

8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. each day (tentative)

Please feel free to consult us regarding our equipment, crystal growth-testing, and material exploration for battery-related applications.

On the day of the event, we will be exhibiting single crystal samples produced by our crystal growth furnaces based on the Floating Zone (FZ) method.

Exhibition Highlights

Our company is the world leader in developing and manufacturing high-quality single crystal growth furnaces using the Floating Zone (FZ) method based on our unique “Four Elliptical Mirror” technology.

At this exhibition, we will introduce the following products:。

Product Lineup

Laser-Type FZ Furnace (Maximum Temperature: Over 3400 °C)

Utilizing laser heating as the heat source enables localized heating of the material. This system can even melt high-melting-point materials such as tungsten.

Halogen-Type FZ Furnace (Maximum Temperature: 2100 °C)

Covers a wide temperature range suitable for growing various materials. Halogen lamps can be selected according to the growth conditions.

Xenon-Type FZ Furnace (Maximum Temperature: 3000 °C)

Enables crystal growth of high-melting-point materials that cannot be processed with halogen lamps.

<Electric Furnaces>

We offer a wide range of MoSi₂-heated electric furnaces for different applications.

Box furnaces, vertical and horizontal tubular furnaces, and ultra-high-temperature hot presses can all be customized according to customer requirements.

<Single Crystal Materials>

We manufacture and sell high-quality single crystals grown using our proprietary FZ crystal growth furnaces.

At the exhibition, we will display single crystal materials grown by our systems, including tungsten (W), YIG, LaB₆, and TiO₂.

<Crystal Prototyping and Custom Melting Services>

We provide crystal prototyping and contract melting services using our infrared Floating Zone (FZ) furnaces, according to the material requirements of each user.

Unlike other crystal growth methods, the FZ method does not require expensive crucibles or large amounts of raw material.

Therefore, it is ideal for growing a wide variety of materials at low cost — such as materials with slightly different compositions, expensive raw materials, or materials that require specific atmospheric conditions.
