Single crystals
Our company manufactures and sells floating zone furnaces (FZ furnaces), and we also use these furnaces to grow single crystals such as LaB6, YIG, and rutile.
YIG (Y₃Fe₅O₁₂, yttrium iron garnet) single crystal
We use a halogen-type floating zone furnaces manufactured by our company to grow YIG single crystals. Currently, YIG single crystals are mainly used in isolators for the near-infrared region.
TiO₂ (rutile, titanium dioxide) single crystal
Grown using our own halogen-type floating zone furnaces. Rutile single crystals are primarily used in optical components and epitaxial thin film substrates.
LaB₆ (lanthanum hexaboride) single crystal
Grown using our own xenon-type floating furnaces. LaB₆ single crystals are used in electron microscopes and other applications.
