TiO2 (rutile, titanium dioxide) single crystal
Single crystals
Rutile single crystals are grown using our own halogen-type floating zone melting equipment. We are capable of growing crystals up to 1 inch in diameter, the largest in the world using the optical floating zone melting method.

Product Introduction
Features
Rutile TiO2 is a stable form of titanium oxide with excellent optical and chemical properties. It has a very high refractive index and strong light reflection properties, making it one of the ideal materials for spectroscopic prisms, optical isolators, and polarizing devices. Our TiO2 single crystals are grown using the FZ furnaces and are ideal for use as optical components and epitaxial thin film substrates.
