YIG(Y3Fe5O12, yttrium iron garnet) single crystal
Single crystals
YIG single crystals are grown using a halogen-type floating zone furnaces manufactured by our company. YIG (Y3Fe5O12) single crystals have the Faraday effect, which rotates the polarization plane of light, and they exhibit high transmittance in the near to mid-infrared wavelength range, so they are mainly used as an isolator material for wavelengths of 2050nm and 4550nm.

Product Introduction
Features
Low absorption
YIG single crystals exhibit high transmittance from the near-infrared to mid-infrared region, making them excellent for use in optical devices.
High-Quality
YIG single crystals are grown using the floating zone (FZ) method. This method eliminates the introduction of impurities during crystal growth, resulting in high-quality single crystals.
