High-temperature electric furnace
This high-temperature electric furnace uses molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2). It can be easily operated in air at temperatures up to 1800°C. It can also be used for a variety of purposes, including controlled atmosphere sintering and crystal growth.

Product Lineup
Vertical Tube Furnace
VF-1700, 1800, VFK-1800
It is possible to perform sintering and crystal growth while controlling the atmosphere.
Two types are available, the 1700 type and the 1800 type, depending on the operating temperature and sample chamber diameter.
The sample is placed on the crucible support tube and can be moved safely and easily from the bottom of the electric furnace to the center of the furnace.
A Bridgeman type with a pull-down drive is also available.
Horizontal Tube Furnace
HF-1700, 1800
It is possible to perform sintering and crystal growth while controlling the atmosphere.
Two types, 1700 and 1800, are available, depending on the operating temperature and sample chamber diameter.
Samples can be easily inserted and removed from the side by opening and closing the lid of the seal jacket.
Box furnace
BF-1700, 1800
This is an atmospheric electric furnace with an open front door. There are 1700 and 1800 types depending on the operating temperature.
Customization is possible, including changing the size of the sample chamber and gas flow.
Internally heated high pressure atmosphere furnace
HPF-1200, 1500
A vertical tube furnace is placed inside a pressure-resistant, water-cooled chamber, allowing firing and crystal growth under high pressures of up to 9.9 atmospheres.
Maximum temperatures of 1200°C and 1500°C are available.
