This equipment is designed to efficiently form uniform and straight sample rods for crystal growth by the Floating Zone (FZ) method.
Powdered raw materials, packed in rubber tubes, are placed in a water-filled press container and compressed into shape using a hydrostatic press.
The pressurization method can be selected from either a manual hydraulic pump or an electric pump.
Vertical Furnace with Rotational Lifter

The system consists of a sample rotation and lifting mechanism combined with a vertical tube furnace, enabling easy and stable sintering of straight sample rods with uniform sintering density.
A user-friendly touch panel is adopted for excellent operability, and the wide range of lift speed settings allows the system to be used for the Bridgman method as well.
